Former Ozark Amateur Participant Making PGA Tour Debut in Dallas

It was only a few years ago and Case Cochran, son of former PGA tour player and Champions Tour player Russ Cochran, was teeing it up at Westwood Hills Country Club in the Ozark Amateur. This week Cochran will be making his PGA Tour debut at the Byron Nelson in Dallas.

Cochran played college golf at Texas A&M and while he had a decent college career, he’s just recently coming into his own with regards to his golf potential. Cochran has fared well recently on the Adams Developmental Tour earning just under $22,000 on the season. This week he’ll be playing for much bigger stakes and the opportunity of a lifetime thanks to a remarkable finish to his Monday Qualifying.
